I can't believe it's only a month and a half until I jet off to Africa. Granted, I'm only staying a month and a half as well, but I feel it's kind of been sneaking up on me lately. I'll get to be with the animals I love so deeply, yet have never met. I'll work harder than I've ever worked before in the midsts of the greatest adventure of my life.. so far, anyway. Living hours upon hours away from everyone I love for the first time of my life. I'm so excited, yet so nervous. This is my trial trip before starting university in some country I've never seen before except on TV. 6 months, maybe even a year at a time before seeing anything or anyone that as of this time in my life I've always had to lean on or look to in times of need. I'm almost shaking. I don't know if it's excitement or nerves.
